Created in collaboration with writer Tamara von Werthern, 'Work, Rest & Play' was commissioned for art exhibition 'New Life & the Dream Garden' at Fieldgate Gallery in Shoreditch in April 2007. Responding to the exhibition's theme 'Utopia', Lydia created a roaming dance piece performed in an amongst the gallery's exhibits to the beat of live voices speaking in perfect unison. |
